How To Fish
This is an excellent venue, but there is a very fast tidal run here which at times can make fishing difficult with the amount of weed that it brings along.                                                                                  Bass are again the main target here with these silver bars best being caught on crab, sandeel or razorfish. There are lots of weaver fish caught  here so be careful what you grab hold of. Also here you will catch Whiting, Doggies and Codling.
When winter comes you can expect plenty of Codling to 6lbs on lugworm and squid cocktail and a good run of Coalies from November onwards. You will also get the Whiting and Doggies to fish baits and Flounder and Plaice to worm baits.
