How To Get There

Travel along the A55 and turn off at the signpost For Old Colwyn. Go down the dip and turn right. At the T junction turn right again and follow this road all the way to the bottom where there is a small car park. At high tide you can fish from the car.

How To Fish
In the summer you get lots of Mackerel here at high tide on feathers. Great for the table or in the freezer for bait. This venue is good at both high and low tide with Mackerel to feathers, Whiting, Doggies to fish baits and Flatties to worm. Bass also put on a good show here and each year they have the Colwyn Bay Bass Festival.
In the winter the Whiting go very large at times and the Codling go to 4lbs to worm and squid cocktail. You will also catch Pollack, Rockling and large amounts of Dogfish caught on fish baits.
 
Parking and Walking …...Park in the car park and fish from the promenade at high water.
