POINT LYNAS

HOW TO GET THERE
Take the A5025 and after going past Penysarn look out for the garage on the right and take the next turning to Llaneilian. Follow this road for about 2 miles later you will come to a small roundabout where you can park your car near by, but only in the winter. In the summer you will have to park in the field at the top of the hill. From here go through the kissing gate by the slip way and follow the path.

HOW TO FISH
This venue is another haven for the big Wrasse to 5lbs and Pollack to 4lbs caught on rag, lug and crab in the summer. Dogfish are present all year round and you can catch some Codling to about 3lbs on black lug tipped with squid or crab.
When the winter arrives the Codling, Whiting and Dabs get bigger and are more abundant.
You will always catch Rays to sandeel and quite a few Bullhuss here, and if you put on a big hook and fish bait, you might be able to tempt one of the big Congers out of the rocks which run up to 20lbs.
