HOW TO FISH
Llanbadrig can be a tackle hungry venue. It is deep, rough and very weedy in places. Here is heaven for the Wrasse fisherman with them running to5lbs plus for most of the year. Float fishing with crab or worm is the best way to catch these.
A good cast is needed to reach the clear sand where large Rays can be caught to crab and fish baits.
In winter you will catch Whiting and Dogfish which are here all year round and also some large Pouting to 1.5lbs and the odd Lingto2-3lbs on fish baits.
Do not over cast if you want some Conger, just a short lob with a big fish bait and you will have some great sport with some pretty large fish.
