How To Get There
From Chester follow the old coast road A548 and as you come into Rhyl turn right at the second set of  traffic lights onto the B5118. From here go straight down for ½ mile until the road turns left. This is Splash Point. Park your car here, but it is pay and display.

How To Fish
From this venue I have caught lots of Bass up to 4 1/2lbs on ragworm and sandeel. Don’t overcast for these as they are in the surf. Also in the summer you get Mackerel caught on feathers along with Doggies and Whiting. Also you will catch some good Plaice and Dabs to worm baits.
When the winter comes the Whiting get a lot bigger and when conditions are right you can catch some nice Codling to worm baits tipped with squid.
