How To Get There
From Chester head on the A55 to North Wales. Turn right at Ewloe on to the A494 and then left at the Queensferry roundabout on the A548. From here travel continue straight on for about 15 miles passing through Flint and Greenfield. When you get to the Point of Ayr Gas Terminal roundabout, turn right. Follow this road right to the end where you can park on the beach.

How To Fish
This is best fished either side of low water. Lots of matches get run from here and Dabs and Plaice are in abundance caught on lug and ragworm. You also catch plenty of Bass to ragworm and sandeel, and in the winter you will get large Whiting and Codling to 4lbs.
BEWARE. If fishing this venue at night time, take a compass with you. The sea mist comes in and the tide comes in around the back of you, cutting you off. Always fish in the daylight first to get to know the area.
 
 
Parking and Walking …..Park on the beach by the sand dunes. Fishing is a ten minute walk at low water.
