How To Fish
In the summer you will get plenty of Mackerel on feathers as they come in with the tide. Fishing the incoming tide will also produce some nice Bass to 5lbs, best caught on ragworm. Also here you will catch Plaice and Dabs to worm baits and Dogfish, Gurnard to fish baits. When the tide is in, be careful not to overcast and place your bait where the shingle meets the sand.
This place always fishes best in the winter with Whiting, Codling and Coalies being the main target caught on worm and fish baits. Flounder, Dabs and Dogfish are also on the menu along with the odd late Bass to ragworm and sandeel.
